My family took me to The Faithful Pilot for my birthday dinner last night. I was excited! Sadly what many years ago was one of my local favorites was such a complete disappointment. After struggling through the kids meal and vegan requests we had, we finally got our orders in. My meal came out 10+ minutes after everyone else had been served with no offer of an apology or an explanation. I had to ask what the problem was.
