I would just like to let anyone thinking of leasing an apartment here to be aware that the office will lie to you. I was moving out early lease. I asked the office which is better the buy out or pay till someone rents they said “oh we can’t get anyone to rent right now and had it rented a week later” and then expected me to pay remaining months. I have lived in many communities. I have been here a year now ....and I’ll never leave. The grounds are impeccable. The staff is the nicest and most helpful. Reggie is hands down the best superintendent I have ever encountered. Sunday-Sunday 24/7 he makes himself available. ... even to come turn the pool music up for us ! Thanks fairways !
I have lived in this community for over seven years, originally with my mother in a two bedroom two bathroom and in the recent years a one bedroom one bathroom by myself. I have zero complaints and nothing but praise to give to both management and maintenance. Every corporation has rules to abide by it plain and simple I don’t believe that they ask for too much. Only been living here for a couple of months but my family loves it so far
We have been at the apartment complex for about a year. It is a very safe community with plenty of amenities. The management team are very responsive, easy to get a hold of. Communication is very easy email, a text or a call.The maintenance crew keep this property in excellent condition they are responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. They are extremely professional and have always taken care of any requests quickly and pleasantly.
My daughter and her family live here and I visit all the time I have encountered the maintenance people many times and they are all so polite.. the office staff is a big help with anything she needs.. the property is always clean and maintained very well. I have gone to the pool with her and my grandchildren and it is very clean and well kept.. I am so happy that she and her family have such an amazing place to live...
