The apartment and grounds were very nice and quiet. The move out process was a headache. The final statement (water, trash, remainder of deposit) was not sent in a timely manner. The letter was dated 07/01/25 but I did not receive it until late July. I called a couple of days later to pay the $70 and they had sent it to collections. Office personnel were zero help.
They made me sign a 15 month lease when I agreed to 12 and then I became handicap after an accident and can’t get my wheelchair up the stairs, can’t get my wheelchair through the doors, and can’t ever find close parking because they let anyone who feels like it park in handicap because it can’t be enforced since it’s private property. Highly disappointed in this residence. Lived there 2 years. Dealt with mold issues for both years & it was never addressed. Dealt with an A/C leak for a year. It took them a year to figure out the source. And when choosing to not renew my lease, I was given a damage bill of $900 because the mold grew under the carpet.
