Students Stay Clear. Keep looking. They may look nice on the exterior, but the company will bring you nothing but stress, dishonesty, and lies. Its lipstick on a pig. They tried to ignore federal laws regarding US Military personnel and were rude and threatening after learning of official orders, thus having to relocate. It took calling corporate and threatening to call the DOJ
The apartment and grounds were very nice and quiet. The move out process was a headache. The final statement (water, trash, remainder of deposit) was not sent in a timely manner. The letter was dated 07/01/25 but I did not receive it until late July. I called a couple of days later to pay the $70 and they had sent it to collections. Office personnel were zero help.
