I've had a great experience at The Fairways of Longview. The property is well maintained, and the grounds are clean and well taken care of. The staff has always been helpful and professional, and any maintenance requests have been handled quickly. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. Definitely a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable place to live in Longview!
I had to find out first hand what an awful place this is. Their apartments are roach infested, their exterminators are a no show, their patio doors won't close and the patio itself is so flimsy looking that I wouldn't set foot on it, the parking spaces are so cramped that it's a lawsuit waiting to happen and if you happen to park in a reserved space, they will tow your car without warning and expect you to pay close to $400 just to get it back while charging you over a thousand in rent because of hidden fees.
