RecommendedThe Fairways has been a great living experience! Our daughters love the pool, the dog park is super convenient, and Wilma at the front office is always super helpful anytime we need anything! Highly recommend!
I have been living here for over a year after downsizing and I am so glad we made this choice because we absolutely love ❤️ it here and the staff are so nice especially Mrs Wilma in the the front office she really cares and take care of us and we appreciate that!!!

This year I am so thankful for God gifting me the best children in the world and a beautiful, cozy apartment to raise them in. I am thankful for the Fairways staff for always being so kind and helpful to me and my children. And lastly, I am thankful for having found this place to connect with new neighbors and friends. The price is a little high, but it’s about average for apartments with the same square footage. The office staff is always super friendly. Wilma is only a call away and always waves when she’s showing an apt. We’ve lived here two years and have enjoyed it. Parking can sometimes be an issue, but I’ve only had to park a bit farther away a couple times in the two years. Overall, it’s an awesome place to live. if you want to pay the price of an average mortgage for a home, (1,200 a month) and not even have a place to park, wake up and go to sleep to a symphony of loud stomping and fraternity party type noise levels of loud music, that shakes your ceiling fans and vibrate your walls, and be trapped into renewing because the month to month fee raises your rent to 1,750 per month...then this is the place for you...worst living experience ever...
I've lived here for a year and four months, and I love it. I feel like I'm at home! I was super scared moving into a apartment because I didn't feel like I'd be safe, but this place is so nice! They allow my huge dog, have a nice dog park, pond area, and a carport to park my car under! This place is a great area to live in. Thank you to the staff such as Wilma, and Cayleigh for always taking care of me! #lovemyhome
So far I am in love with The Fairways. The staff in the office is top notch and the apartments are beautiful. I love the location. I also love the ease of the online system.
