To The Manager/ Owner: I drove 45 minutes today to get to your restaurant to be told I needed to be a MEMBER to dine there or be WITH A MEMBER. NO WHERE on your website does it say members only! In fact when you Google it, it is advertised as serving locals.....I was highly disappointed especially since there was NO ONE ELSE in the restaurant. Asked to leave because I am not a precious member. Usually with private dining, you can't get in or view an online menu so to be escorted to a table and subsequently turned away is a joke. Nothing premium about this joint. Left hungry and annoyed.
I stopped in yesterday with my mom. We were unfamiliar with the area so I did a quick google search for lunch with outdoor seating and found this place. It was a gorgeous day so we wanted to sit outside. The host was nice and seated us right away. We looked over the menu. It took 20 minutes for the server to come greet us. We gave him our orders. The food quality is mediocre for the expensive price. Whomever the restaurant manager is, they need to be replaced, along with the chefs because they obviously don't care. We ate there last Tuesday and the food made me sick. Loads of staff but they seem to forget, customer service first. I am not surprised the restaurant is half empty most of the time, they could be so much better. We hope something changes because we really want to enjoy a nice restaurant with decent food.
I ate here a few weeks ago and it was fantastic. Came back with two co workers on a business lunch, we were seated and given menus then one of my coworkers was asked what our member number was. We were then asked to leave... apparently eating here is for members only even though I was never asked a few weeks ago and i cannot find anywhere online where it says members only. Wasn't even busy. 🤷🏼♀️ should really make that clear to the hostess to tell people at the door or make it more clear online.
