The food quality is mediocre for the expensive price. Whomever the restaurant manager is, they need to be replaced, along with the chefs because they obviously don't care. We ate there last Tuesday and the food made me sick. Loads of staff but they seem to forget, customer service first. I am not surprised the restaurant is half empty most of the time, they could be so much better. We hope something changes because we really want to enjoy a nice restaurant with decent food.
I ate here a few weeks ago and it was fantastic. Came back with two co workers on a business lunch, we were seated and given menus then one of my coworkers was asked what our member number was. We were then asked to leave... apparently eating here is for members only even though I was never asked a few weeks ago and i cannot find anywhere online where it says members only. Wasn't even busy. 🤷🏼♀️ should really make that clear to the hostess to tell people at the door or make it more clear online.
Great service, nice vibe, great food.
