We loved living at this place until my boyfriends bike got stolen after receiving a notice from the apartments saying we needed to remove it from the balcony. It was safe for 3 months on the balcony until they gave us this notice and with less than a week or two and it was gone!! They lack security here and don’t even care that it has been stolen. No compensation either. What is the point of having a balcony if we can’t place anything on it? this was his only transportation and now he gets left with nothing. So disappointed.
RecommendedSerious it’s been almost a year since we moved here and it’s such a nice and beautiful community! The staff is amazing and so nice! Our dishwasher stopped working and we put in a work order and they got right on it and got it fixed!(:
Look here! not a packed gym where you have to wait on benches or machines. This was also during peak hours. Great place 👍🏻. Two thumbs up for me.
We love it here! The apartments are beautiful, inside and out, the staff is super friendly, the area is quiet and conveniently located to schools, shopping and the freeway. There are plenty of great amenities: air conditioning, washer and dryer in the apartment, seasonal pool, gym, rec room, playground and many more. It's been a great place to live!
We moved here from McMinnville and were nervous about renting an apartment, but we are very happy with The Fairway. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful apartments, upgraded amenities, and great location!
Room sizes are perfect. Good floor plan. Extra amenities are a definite plus. Attentive management!
We are so happy here!! Clean, quiet neighborhood; pristine landscaping; amazing amenities and beautiful apartments!! Our 5 year old loves the playground and the pool! The management is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Moving here was the best decision we could've made!
So clean upscale, quiet neighborhood and lele and Abigail are amazing highly recommend this to anybody looking for an amazing new home
