This place is an absolute nightmare—nothing but problems since day one. When we first moved in, water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling. Not long after, water started leaking from a wall in the kitchen, leaving puddles on the counter. Then, we discovered yet another leak in our coat closet. When maintenance finally came to address the coat closet leak, one of the workers used our restroom, leaving dirty shoe prints all over our bathroom mats. There are holes in hallway ceiling. The elevator is loud and sounds like it's going to break down at any minute. The lobby has a strange odor. The building reminds me of staying in the hood.
Deplorable conditions, bad elevator and stinky building, holes in ceiling. Sometimes liquid drips from the holes in the building's ceiling.
The elevator makes a loud stretching noise. The elevator floor is always sticky and dirty. If your apartment unit is near the elevator, you'll hear the loud stretching noise all day.
UPDATE: I moved in March of 2021 and I’m still here going strong. I absolutely love my studio, location, and the building. I just went to look at another apartment since my lease is coming due and basically, I won the apartment lottery with this place.
