Never a bad cut! Good atmosphere and always friendly.
Very good haircut. There was only one barber which made the wait a bit long. And the entire haircut session I had a little kid staring at me. Overall quite good.
My son and I have been going to Jess for over a year now. Best haircuts in The Burgh, period.
My boyfriend walked in and was shocked at the rudeness he encountered. A staff member shouted in an angry tone, “appointments only,” without any greeting or offering to make an appointment. What kind of customer service is this? Even though he should have immediately left, he asked if they do straight razor shaves and they said they only use clippers, which shows us that they aren’t real trained barbers. What a disaster!
