Visiting for work from out of town, Booked a cut for 1:15pm at 10am on same day… then couldn’t make it and had to cancel an hour or so later and then made to feel bad and to be charged a cancellation fee because they “turned down so many people” well it was open at 10am so it couldn’t have been that popular. There’s a way to talk to people on the phone pal, and that is not how do you it. I’m sure the cuts are good, but after the manner on the phone I’m glad I didn’t come in now.
