We used this storefront to install laminate flooring and remodel a bathroom. We thought we were hiring Factory Kitchen and Bath. As it turned out, they subcontract the work. Therefore, they don't stand behind the work. It is only guaranteed by the subcontractor - if they will do anything. We had several issues, including a huge disagreement between Cindy and her employee, which put us in the middle. Factory Kitchen and Bath does not warranty anything.
