I made lifestyle changes 10 years ago, but for the last 2 1/2 years I have been with the factory is when I have seen the best results. Kevin has pushed me to levels I thought I couldn't reach & has encouraged me to believe in myself in what I thought I couldn't do. Spencer is awesome and has an amazing personality, and is a great trainer too. I would not want to train anywhere else, but at The Factory. Thank you two for all you have done for me......
We love the Factory and are so happy to have found Kevin! He is not only a great trainer, he takes the time to understand and help you achieve your goals! He is training my daughter in hopes of an athletic scholarship and is helping her tremendously not only through strength training but the mental aspect as well! Kevin even comes to watch her games! I highly recommend The Factory & Kevin Lucas to help you reach your full athletic potential!
I have been a member of The Factory since it's opening. Kevin and Spencer are amazing trainers and consistently come up with new and innovative workouts. Whether it's a CHAOS class, boxing, TRX, or personal training, the classes are constantly changing and NEVER boring. They definitely keep your interest and keep you coming back for more!
