Kevin is the best trainer I have ever worked with. At age 55 he got me ready for my first Tough Mudder. He got me ready for my second Mudder this year but had to work around some real challenges. I hurt my back in December and lost almost 2 months in the gym. Kevin put me through some tests, identified the source of my back issues and then we got to work. In town for a couple months and needed to find a gym. I couldn't ask for a more helpful staff. Very clean gym along with very clean bathrooms and showers. Did I mention a great staff!
Addictive!! Truly enjoy going to the factory! They have changed the way I work out and I feel great!
