Great service! Worked on my Volkswagen and fixed all the issues with affordable prices.
I have been using Juan as my mechanic for years... He is highly skilled and knowledgeable with his work. Unlike other mechanics that want to charge you an arm and a leg for something you didn't even request to be fixed, Juan was understanding of what services I wanted and came with a very reasonable price. I would recommend to everyone (I already do) because he is my Juan n only mechanic.
The factory Auto has been my go to mechanics for the past 2 years. They've changed my breaks, fixed my front suspension, changed my struts as well as just recently found a door to replace the one that was crashed into. Juan and Emmanuel have always done an amazing job with my car. I always feel safe when I pick up my car which is a great feeling. All for affordable price as well. Great customer service. I'll always remain a loyal customer.
I was recommended to Juan by my local AutoZone for replacing my breaks. Recently, my A/C went out so I went back to him for assistance. His quote was more reasonable than any other mechanic, and he also discovered an issue with my radiator. He didn't try to overcharge, which is what a lot of places do because I'm a woman. He fixed my car 2 days later (on a Saturday, no less!) and also recommend I change my belts. I feel much safer in my car, and will definitely be back for any other automotive needs.
My water pump went out at 5pm, after calling around and dealing with how to get my car towed, the guys from Factory Auto went out of their way to get me a tow truck and replaced my water pump all with in a couple of hours. I was driving home by 9pm. It's hard to find great service but Juan and Emmanuel know and do what it takes to care for their customers. I found my go to mechanics! They also do tires! Thanks again guys!
The customer service here is impeccable! The quality of service is amazing and Emmanuel Martinez & Juan Castillo communicate so well with everyone. They understand the needs of your car and handle it. I get my oil changes here, I have taken my moms car here for quality tires and they are great with checking in. Most importantly they are not dealership rip offs, they actually take care of your car correctly the first time around.
