There was no email regards to the plan change before visit! I will give negative if possible. 1. As a return customer, didn’t been told they out of my insurance this year, which I paid $375 for eye exam. Yes I got email from them to remind my eye exam by that time. 2. After the exam done, the lady NOT READ doctor notes, not give me daily but monthly contact glasses, as I told her I always had daily one, she still not read the prescription but keep questioning me why not tell doctor. 3. Dr Dawn has the latest tech to address of every aspect of my eye care. The selection of frames is fantastic and the staff makes sure everything fits and is comfortable. I highly recommend this practice over any chain experience, they take my insurance!
