It's taken me a long time to post this because I was so incredibly annoyed!!! After getting a wrong prescription, it took 5 to 6 weeks to get each pair of glasses corrected!! Bought a new pair of frames that were so uncomfortable and stabbing behind my ears I couldn't wear them and I should've gotten a refund after all the time it took to get all of my other glasses corrected, I had to wear the bad prescription for 5 weeks!!! I should've never have had to pay in full in July when it took almost 5 months to get all of my glas... read more
Doctors, technicians and office help were very professional and efficient besides being helpful and engaging. Eyeglass frame selection is enormous; offices, exam rooms and fitting area are neat, clean and very comfortable.
Fabulous customer service!!! Love my new glasses.
Great selection of high quality frames (just picked up my second pair of Lindbergs). Sharon is an eyeglass perfectionist!
