Canceled my appointment the last 30 minutes after I already called off of work and missed a whole day of pay because the doctor that’s supposed to be seeing me keeps constantly calling out and I’ve had multiple issues with trying to get my glasses and them trying to Charge my insurance extra money for a pair of glasses that I already had
