I would give this place a no star if I could. We have been going to this place for years and this year for my spouse and I has been a nightmare!! It took me over 3 months to get my sample contacts. I tried contacting them through phone and email and NO ONE ever called me back. I finally stopped by and they said they were short staffed. When I finally got my sample contacts in and went into to order them it had been almost 4 months they refused to change my prescription date. So 4 months of my prescription are a waste! I just returned from my annual eye check-up, and met my new optometrist Dr. Bridgette Ostmeyer. My previous doctor at that location has retired (she was super as well). Dr. Ostmeyer was fantastic!! Extremely knowledgable and easy to understand. Right before I met my new Dr. Ostmeyer for the first time a kind assistant named Shaunte' performed some some visual tests on me, and she could not have been kinder.
