The wait time is insane to be called back
Employees were friendly, Dr was great. I think the glasses are overpriced. Even with insurance one pair of glasses were over $300.
We have come here for the last 19 years. For my children's eye appointments this time that we have been in this room for over half an hour. Waiting for a doctor to come in, nobody is coming and said anything to us. Nobody has told us what is going on, I had to go out and find out and they told us it may still be a bit longer I am very Frustrated and my daughter is well let's just say not happy after this , i'm very tempted to change eye doctors
Honestly so glad this location was where I chose first to look for a new eye doctor office. I went in for the second time today, and was helped by Jodi, she was kind, professional and very obviously, great at her job. Thanks for taking care of me! ❤️
