Dr. Manes at the Gage location is fantastic!!
Canceled 2x in 4 months! The morning of a text message unfortunately your Canceled. "Doctor not in." That's all they tell you. Took whole family to a different Dr.
Yesterday was my first visit at The Eye Doctors and every single person was friendly and helpful. I got in quickly and got thoroughly checked. I left feeling much better about a sudden issue with my right eye. I will definitely use them again. Dr. Manes and the staff are awesome!
Several reasons for my review. The inital eye exam went well and I was able to take my script elsewhere for glasses. When I called trying to schedule an appointment for an urgent eye concern, I left 3 messages on three separate days and never got a call back. No one answers the phones or checks voicemails. I witnessed this firsthand while in the office. TLDR at bottom Was okay at first. Typical everyday eye exam and glasses pick ups. Then they were sending in a referral due to eye issues to a neuro opthomoligy specialist back in November. I called the office the referral was sent to. They said they never received the referral please reach out to them. I attempted to call multiple times over the course of 5 months (January-April) with no success of getting a single one of the 6+ messages left for somebody to call me returned.
