The doctors were great. The staff was friendly. But go somewhere else to buy your glasses. When I ordered them I was told my glasses would be in 1-2 weeks. I had a follow up visit a week later and asked about them and was told they'd be in Monday. Went in Tuesday, no glasses. Okay, it hasn't been 2 weeks yet. Get a call on Friday, we just wanted to let you know, your glasses should be in on Monday. I give them the benefit of the holiday and go in on Tuesday. Good doctors but , my appointment was at 9:40, I have been here for two hours , this is the worst wait of my life and every time I ask someone they just look stupid..... maybe if you guys don't have enough people to help your clients you shouldn't schedule so many appointments, thanks for wasting my day!!!!

Great first experience for our daughter in picking out her first set if glasses. Eye exams have always been a good experience as well.
The best experience I've ever had at an optometrist. They put a rush order on one of my pairs so I didn't have to deal with headaches for a week and they were ready for pick up the next morning. The staff is knowledgeable about styles and colors that suit your features. There is a very nice selection and the staff are very friendly. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. I feel confident with the warranty that comes standard, and they offer free cleaning cloths and solution refills. I will be a repeat customer.
