Unfortunately, The worst customer service I have ever had. Absolutely avoid this place!!!
Terrible customer service! Poor quality frames ( came with all different screws). Prescription off twice. If you complain about their service, you get yelled at. I was told that the manufacturer does not make frames with matching screws. Really? Would not recommend.
This is the best optometrist and facility I have been to in over 20 years of wearing glasses. They took their time with me in my search for the right frame (I probably tried on 20 different frames). They also cut my new glasses on site so I got to leave with my new glasses. Which was great because I had broken my old pair the day before. All of the employees were friendly and the optometrist had a sense of humor which I appreciated.
