A great experience. My 2 year old is usually extremely shy and does not like going to appointments. Everyone made her feel so welcome. She was even talking to the doctor, which is very impressive for her. The space was very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and professional. Everyone was very sweet. The lady who helped me choose my new frames was also wonderful. She was so kind and helped me choose frames that were quite different than the ones I had, but still suit me very well. This is one of the friendliest offices I have ever walked into, starting right at the front desk, you will feel very welcome. I totally recommend Dr Elash and her staff . Sydney was a great help, finding the right frame for me. Picked up my glasses today, and Dr Elash came around as well. They definitely know how to make you feel special and add their personal touch to it.
I went to their location on 8th street and the ladies there are amazing! So welcoming and friendly. i didn’t catch the name of the woman who helped me pick out my glasses but she was an angel, she grabbed so many pairs for me and let me take as much time as i needed to pick the perfect pair. Dr. Elash was the doctor i seen, she was super kind and made the appointment easy. I have recommended anyone looking for a new eye clinic to them, thank you guys!
