They are extremely unprofessional and unwilling to listen to their error being told to them during an eye exam. They were paid over $500 out of my pocket because they failed to take my VSP insurance provided via Rush Hospital and they did not refund my money. I was told,” Your eyes will adjust to the new prescription.” And I believed her at first. However, as time went by and my eyes didn’t adjust I realize that was a stall tactic to avoid making things right. You don’t treat customers that way and that’s not good business. ... read more
I highly recommend for parents with smaller children! My son just turned 2 years old and he got his eyes examed on and they were great with him. Not only great with him but patient and loving!!! Everyone is sweet and friendly would recommend to anyone
