The surgery scheduling does not return calls. There’s an issue I can’t resolve and needed help. I’ve called 3 different times. I contacted the front desk and got sent back to the scheduling department and they automatically sent me to the message center they do not answer. I left a message I’m just going to cancel since they can’t follow up. This was as second chance as in the past I was billed wrongly due to a transposed number. Dr. Briggs was my husbands ophthamologist when he was at the WIlliam's Building. My husband had went through a year of trying to find out why his eye's were drooping and and he was having trouble seeing. After 2 visits Dr. Briggs had my husband tested for Myasthenia Gravis and it turned out that is what he had. This young man is phenomenal and also one of the kindest doctors.

I just had my second eye (cataract) operated this week by Dr. Briggs. I am absolutely amazed not just at the results but the level of care I received. From the people at the front desk, his clinical staff, surgery scheduler to Dr. Briggs, I was treated as a VIP. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences in the intraocular lens options and helped me come up with the best option for my lifestyle.
