The student doctors there did a thorough exam and had everything checked by the licensed medical staff. They are thorough, courteous and professional and they identified my glaucoma and put me on the right course of treatment. I couldn't be happier with the medical care and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. And I feel good that I've helped in the process of training new optometrists. I highly recommend this practice!
Unfortunate. Front desk is fine and the exams are very thorough. Would have been 5 stars. However, I later called to make appts for my family. The woman on the phone wasn’t what I expected. I declined to schedule. Now I’m currently here to look at glasses and I’m being ignored. Finally I asked her to get off her phone to show me glasses. Apparently you need script in hand before they will even show glasses and the 2 computer systems are not connected. First visit, and last. On arrival, I was (for the first time) told this is a training facility for students but rest assured, my exam would be with a student and doctor - I completely support that method, but that's not how it was done. Let me be fair, the student that did the exam was professional and thorough. I was generally pleased. It was a bit long, about 45 minutes - and she did it 100% solo. She agreed that my reading classes were sufficient and provided a prescription for 1.50, in case I wanted glasses in the future... read more
Why would this place so their hours are 8 am to 8pm when these hours are not correct. I called Feb 11,2025 and the message on the phone is they are closed. It is 5:00 pm. Tuesday. Read your hours. Maybe you didn't post the correct hours.
