Dr. McManus is an excellent eye doctor. I am so happy that he takes care of my eyes. He is always friendly and professional, as is his office staff. I feel that I have his full attention when speaking with him and I appreciate his thorough explanations as I need that in order to feel like I have received a thorough examination. WAIT< WAIT & WAIT !!!!!!! This is a mill. It takes +5 hours for a routine eye exam. Totally uncalled for.
One hour mininum wait from set appointment time. It is totally uncalled for. The schedulers and front office should have a better handle on this. I have been seeing these doctors for over 5 years and nothing has changed except longer wait times. My time is as valuable as the doctors are.
