I have been going to this location for about 15 or 20 years and generally good service. The doctor is very helpful and answers all your questions. Unfortunately, the administrative staff at the location is less than nice. In fact, I was kind of surprised at being told that if I didn't fill out electronic forms online, that I should no longer be a client. Well I guess I'll take her up on that. Always a very professional and pleasant experience.
I had a 11:15am appointment with the doctor and I didn’t get called in to see him until 11:55am. The young lady who did the pre testing must have been new because we had to redo the tests several times 8/21/25
I’ve been coming here for years. They’re absolutely great and Dr. Sudol is the best!
They raised their prices, and charged $50 for an updated contact lens Rx even thought my daughter was fitted for lenses just a year prior. $179 bill. We will go elsewhere now. Bye to Pearle.
