Leah and the team have been great! They always fit me in even if I need something last minute. Everyone at the office is so nice and professional. I highly recommend The Eye Group Associates.
Dr Andrea d' Ostroph and every staff member i have dealt with for over 10 years has been fantastic. Dr Andrea is excellent, explaining issues with my eyesight. The people at the front reception area are pleasant and efficient. The office is spotless. Im so grateful to have such competent practitioners as partners in my vision care. Thank you.
I have been coming here for 7 years and I love it!! The secretaries at the front are always so sweet and helpful!! They’re very communicative and great at problem solving whenever I call!! All eye doctors here that I’ve worked with are great as well! Very kind and explanatory of testing, treatment plan etc. the people who help you figure out what frames you want are excellent as well!! VERY Rude staff especially Jami. They do not clean the equipment before or after using it. Please stay away from this place. All they care about is getting money and doesn't care about their patients.
Lost a screw in my glasses on my way to the Keller and needed a quick fix. Staff was very welcoming and helpful and had me fixed and on my way in a jiffy right before they were to close. Excellent service!
