I have been coming here for 7 years and I love it!! The secretaries at the front are always so sweet and helpful!! They’re very communicative and great at problem solving whenever I call!! All eye doctors here that I’ve worked with are great as well! Very kind and explanatory of testing, treatment plan etc. the people who help you figure out what frames you want are excellent as well!! VERY Rude staff especially Jami. They do not clean the equipment before or after using it. Please stay away from this place. All they care about is getting money and doesn't care about their patients.
Lost a screw in my glasses on my way to the Keller and needed a quick fix. Staff was very welcoming and helpful and had me fixed and on my way in a jiffy right before they were to close. Excellent service!
My fiancé and I have been coming to this optometrist office since 2023, and every visit has been a great experience. I recently went in for an eye exam and ordered new lenses, and once again, the whole team was amazing. They’re always professional, polite, and genuinely accommodating. The glasses sales team especially stood out this time. I’ve never felt so well-informed about the lenses and frames I was purchasing.
