Exceptional service from the The Eye Gallery! Dr. Bulos provided a more thorough eye exam than I've ever had. I'm not sure if it's the quality of the lenses or the improved prescription but my new glasses are HUGE improvement over my old Warby Parkers. Don't price shop your vision!
They exceeded expectations. Staff went above and beyond. Open boxes that just came in to help me find the frame I felt best with. Thank you all.
DO NOT go here if you have a high prescription -- I've had an absolutely terrible experience. I originally made an eye appointment at the Eye Gallery in July for an exam and with the intention to order my second pair of glasses from the shop. Very professional service, best eye exam I've had!
If you value your eye vision as one of the most important aspect of your life, the Eye Gallery of Dr Arnold Bulos at Ypsilanti, Michigan is the right place to have a complete eye examination. Aside from them having the latest advanced equipment for the examination of your eyes, he explained the purpose of each examination and advised you of the next step to take care of your eyes, which is I did not even get in an Opthalmologist office.
I tried this place on a whim, since they take my vision insurance. I've been wearing some type of corrective lens for over 20 years, so I've had plenty experience with eye exams, at many different places. This is BY FAR the best place I've ever been. Dr Bulos, as well as all the staff, are incredibly helpful and very friendly (without being fake). I will be returning here for all my future vision needs!
The Eye Gallery is a facility that have the most advanced instruments to test your eyes, spic and span, very friendly atmosphere, great selections on frames and sunglasses. Most of all the knowledge, kindness and compassion of Dr Arnold Bulos and his colleages to their patients is impeccable.
Best ever! I drive an hour for my appointments. I will never go to any other eye doctor. He is phenomenal and the atmosphere is so comforting.
