I have been going here since they open and have not had a bad visit. The doctor is amazing and takes his time with you and is very thorough with you. And the workers out front are very helpful in finding new glasses, and very friendly. I am very happy with them.
I have a high prescription. The exam I receive here is more in-depth, and complete than anywhere else I have ever had an exam. Having suffered from dry eyes for many years Dr. Bulos listened to me and made some suggestions regarding eye drops. He explained the purpose and function, and based on his explanation I made the changes immediately. I no longer suffer the symptoms, and I am a patient for life!!!
John and Dr Bulos helped me address what I considered an emergency and fortunately ended up being more or less routine. Of course, nothing happens when it’s convenient. It happened Saturday before Christmas and I was in South Carolina for the holiday.
