They won't allow you in unless you're wearing a mask even though it's no longer obligatory. Pointless. Decided to go elsewhere.
Waited several days for husband appointment has floaters/flashes gave them all insurance in advanced! Was told insurance would not pay after he waited for service in office and refuse to let us pay said was not allowed and would get in trouble if they treated him! Wow! I hope he does not have future problems by not being treated! I have never heard of such a farce from a staff!

waited a month to be seen and when I had my appointment they had me wait outside because they have an ignorant manager taking temperature with a thermal ray gun in blazing hot weather and everyone comes out with a 102 temperature. it's meant to be used indoors not outdoors but she was being arrogant and didn't let me go in. I've heard bad things about this place anyway please go somewhere else
They discharged me from this location because I didn’t attend an appointment. I had symptoms of Covid so I kindly explained that when I tried to get my prescription for my glasses. She said I am not longer welcomed there despite telling them I had Covid symptoms! Ridiculous if you ask me!!! I spoke to a lady, she said she was in charge, manager. She laughed at me over the phone while telling me I’m not welcomed back! Horrible service, very unprofessional.
FIX MY EYES AGAIN SO THEY WORK PAID $ 5000.00 CASH AND STILL NOT RIGHT ! & CALLED THE I.R.S. ABOUT THE CASH TAX FREE MONEY ?
