RecommendedMy husband and I both had a great first time experience at the Eye Dr! The doctor was amazing, the staff was extremely helpful , and I really felt like we were cared for with the greatest customer service. We have found our new eye doctor and could not be happier!
I have been bringing my daughter here for 3 or 4 years....with that said... I hated everything about the place except Dr.Gill, she was so good it was worth dealing with the rest of the staff. Today we went in and Dr.Gill isn't there anymore ...however the all new staff were excellent ! The Dr. and all the staff were awesome. I was pleasantly surprised, and happy to see the old office staff were gone! The new people are super nice....I wish they had a better selection of glasses however.
Ridiculous amount of time for one pair of glasses to be done! And never go off their promise dates cause those are useless!! And then the ladies who answer the phone don’t even seem to care ! They act as if there is nothing wrong with the situation!
I was very pleased with the attentiveness & professionalism here. They valued my time, I was able to get an appointment the same day I called! Also, I wasn't pressured to go with a more expensive frame, when I asked for an honest opinion the associate agreed that the less expensive looked better. Great first experience.
I always have a great experience with the staff here. Today I called on my way over to pick up my contacts because my toddler had fallen asleep in the car, Leslie was so awesome and told me to just call back when I was in the parking lot and she brought them right out to my car for me so I didn't have to wake the baby to come inside. Talk about great customer service!!!
Love Dr Gill. She is awesome.. great staff, very sweet, funny and entertaining!
