The lady at the front desk was not helpful and did not even make eye contact. I wonder how people can still act like this when it’s not easy to find jobs nowadays. Is this the company culture—being disrespectful to patients?
I’ve been a patient at The Eye Clinic NJ for about 25 years, but unfortunately, the service has declined significantly. The front desk staff in particular are unprofessional and in serious need of customer service training. Although I have excellent insurance, I was told upon arrival that they no longer accept Local 731 insurance, something they should have made clear in advance. The Eye Clinic staff is very attentive and professional. The doctors take their time in examining your eyes and answer all concerning questions you may have.
