My wife and I had our first appointment at The Eye Clinic yesterday. Our family have been patients of Dr. Cucci for 28 years and we are extremely happy with her professionalism and wonderful care she has given us over the years! If you are in need of a great eye doctor, she should be your choice. The staff was outstanding from our first phone call to schedule our appointments throughout the testing and setting our follow appointments.
I was a patient here for years until I moved and found an eye clinic closer to home. What a difference. Much more professional staff and much more thorough testing.
The lady at the front desk was not helpful and did not even make eye contact. I wonder how people can still act like this when it’s not easy to find jobs nowadays. Is this the company culture—being disrespectful to patients?
I’ve been a patient at The Eye Clinic NJ for about 25 years, but unfortunately, the service has declined significantly. The front desk staff in particular are unprofessional and in serious need of customer service training. Although I have excellent insurance, I was told upon arrival that they no longer accept Local 731 insurance, something they should have made clear in advance.
