I receive great service and help all the time. The Doctor is very thorough and friendly, and the staff is amazing. I had an incident where my frames were broken, they ordered the same frame for me. They didn’t just give me the choice of the same color, but two, which arrived soon after the order was placed. They inserted my lenses and made sure they fit properly on me. Thank you so much for turning my negative experience (breaking my frames), into a positive one. 🙂

Bought glasses at the eye centre Leduc for the first time almost a year ago and was treated very well by Lori and the rest of the staff. Went back today for some minor repair and adjustment and Lori was fantastic again with fantastic service and she really know how to clean my glasses. Thank you to the eye centre.
I visited Eye Centre in Aug 2 to request repair for my daughter's prescription eyeglass. Aileen assisted me and she went above and beyond customer service. She fixed the eyeglass and I got it right away without waiting too long. She has a great smileand approachable. She also gave me free eyeglass box when I mentioned that my daughter lost her original one. Definitely will recommend this Eye clinic.
