Optical shop staff is rude and told me the fact that I couldn’t see out of the glasses was fine. The person who said they were a manager was horrible and they don’t do refunds so I was forced to file a claim for insurance fraud.
I was called in to be seen and I was told to put my down and hang up. I said no it was brief and she said she will have to call some else so I had to wait over 45 min.
Was unable to make my appointment schedules but was sent a bill paid the past due amount, after they took my payment I tried to schedule another appointment but was told that I couldn’t make any more appointments because I had missed 3 prying appointments but they took the money. (Banned for life)…🥹🥲.
