Had to wait three weeks for my initial appointment to be seen for contacts. Had to wait another three weeks for my trials to come in. After my trials came in had to wait six weeks for what they call a teach. America’s best can get it all done in less than 10 days. I would not recommend going to the eye center. If you’re looking to get contacts in the next six months. I was diagnosed with a hernia and had surgery in a faster period of time than it took to actually get contact lenses.
The only reason this place has 2 stars from me is the rude, unpleasant, front office. They act as though the patient is a burden. There are a couple who are nice, but for the most part they should not be employed of they can not make patients feel comfortable. These young ladies need to he held accountable for their behavior.
Though it was a very busy office everyone from the desk to the nurses were very friendly and helpful.Dr Mahboobi was superb. Bubbly personality with a great knowledge of. I would recommend this clinic and Dr Mahboobi to everyone. Keep up the good work
My experience was very good. I was seen within a reasonable time and the exam process was quick and easy.
