The people at the front was ok. Far as service goes terrible. My appointment was at 1230. I didn't leave until after 2 o'clock. I'm never coming back to that location in north hills again.
I’ve had a pleasant experience in a past until my most recent exam. Received the same exam I always do but was charged this year because it wasn’t considered “medical” when it was the same exam. I don’t need contacts or eyeglass and was told to have perfect 20/20 vision, but somehow ended up with a prescription. Just a way to scam customers into having to pay the fee.
Dr. Pate is proffesional and courteous and most thorough eye doctor. She takes the time to fully explain every aspect of the testing and shows and communicated my eye results and photo scans thoroughly.. I have been going to this practice for many years and highly recommend this optometrist and business. Courtous staff.!
