My concern is with the reception staff and the way I was treated. I arrived just one minute after the appointment’s grace period. My appointment was scheduled immediately after my wife’s appointment with the same doctor. The receptionist spent around five minutes arguing with me and repeatedly insisting that I was late, despite the fact that my wife was still with the doctor for another 12 minutes to complete her consultation. The eye technician was amazing. She was kind and very courteous. I wished she was the actual optometrist. One nurse came in the room letting me know the price of my contact lenses was not pleasant. Face distorted. She tells me the amount in a tone to say you don’t have the money. The optometrist wasn’t pleasant either. I know I have bad vision. It was like she didn’t want to be in the room with me. Now the young lady in the area of where you get fitted for glasses was a true delight. Very welcoming. This place isn’t for me.
The front desk staff was very polite and well mannered. The doctor not so much.
I called with an urgent eye issue and they were able to see me quickly. The office staff and Dr. T were compassionate and professional. Happy that I found them.
