I had never visited an optometrist for an examination before. It was my first time, and I felt a bit apprehensive. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly, kind, reassuring, and comforting. They addressed all my concerns effectively. I highly recommend this eye care facility for its exceptional service If you have insurance, the process of making progress is incredibly straightforward and efficient. I will definitely return and be the number one customer.
Everyone was very friendly & the exam process was easy. Each step in the exam was clearly explained so I knew what was happening & what was being measured. The Dr explained the results in terms which I could understand & helped me understand my eye health.
