My mother has appointment month ago and the nurse who was helping her was so rude and no respect for patient. she told first desk that my mother was not listening actually there was machine she didn't know how to operate and she told lie to the office people and ask them to reschedule and bring translator. Today my daughter went with her and she was witness through out her appointment and she disrespect my mom again and talk to her very rude as well with my daughter.
