Second visit to Dr. Silk. Very good attention, staff, and diagnosis. His opinion countered one from a different doctor pushing for cataract surgery. Not needed! I recommend this doctor.
My grandmother, Natalya Melkonyan, recently received a diagnosis of advanced cataract and we urgently decided to do the cataract surgery with Dr. Silk at Silk Vision and Surgical Center. And a miracle happened! My grandmother can see again, life around her started glowing with bright and vibrant colors. Huge thank you to Dr. Silk and the entire staff at the center. I don’t usually write reviews but I definitely felt the need to write one for this clinic. I’ve came to this place once in the past maybe 7 years ago for a chalazion removal that I had in my eye with Dr.RAJJOUB who unfortunately is no longer is in this clinic. Anyways last year 2024 in the month of November and December I got another bump (chalazion) on my left lower eyelid. I went in so they can take a look, DR. i was not satisfied with my experience at this facility. would not recommend it. the doctor was late, dismissive of my questions, and did not provide the medical advice I was seeking. he spent more time trying to convince me to get lasik surgery than he did trying to provide me a diagnosis for my existing issue. he rushed me and showed no concern for my worry and the implications of my injury to my vision. the only positive part of this experience was my interaction with flavia, a technician who was wonderfully friendly and ... read more
Bad service very bad… I call and appointment but when I arrived it close on Monday in the web it stated open . Bad for customer service .. a lot😡😡😡😡
