I’ve been a patient at Silk Vision for at least five years, and my experience has consistently been frustrating. Most recently, I contacted the office about ongoing eye irritation and asked for a prescription for a new, less harsh eye drop for high eye pressure. I was told to use a lotion, which I tried, but the irritation continued and left the skin around my eyes swollen.
