I received a voicemail a week and a half before my appointment saying that they had cancelled it because they didn't get a response. I could call back and reschedule. I went back through calls, voicemails, texts and emails thinking I had missed a call. Nope. I received one email a few days before. If you don't hit confirm within a few days of their confirmation email then you lose your appointment. The email didn't warn you that they would cancel it. Dr. Glaze and Dr. Walker are two of the best. The staff makes you feel like a friend from the time you walk in until you are finished with Keisha getting new glasses. Love the place.
Everyone was very nice and accommodating! They were great with our boys and patient with us while we found the perfect pair of glasses! Our glasses came in much faster than expected and we love them!
