Dr. Csonka is the best! Very personable and always willing to take the time to discuss any issues with your eyes.
Dr. Thomas Phillips has been my eye doctor for years. He is the best eye doctor I have ever had, I highly recommend him and his office. Everyone who works in the contacts and eyeglass department is wonderful too.
There was a previous review about disorganized staff. I cannot believe anyone would say is. I've been a patient of Dr Phillips for over 30 years. The staff has been there for the majority of those 30 years. They remember me, they ask about me, and they are the most responsive staff I've ever encountered. I have moved several times about 30-45 minutes away but will never change. Dr Phillips and the staff are amazing. It's worth the 30+ minute drive!!!! Hey lady, did you ever think it was you that's the problem?!
Quite possibly the most disorganized clueless group of reception staff I have ever come across. My child comes here for vision therapy with Dr. Scheiman. He's exceptional and the therapist are good but I would NEVER come here otherwise. Appointments not entered into their computers (but put in the chart!!!), one woman is outright rude, and then there's the woman who got snippy after I questioned why she needed to take my minor child's picture! Ridiculous.
My daughters and I all see Dr. Csonka and he is wonderful- patient, thorough and great with my daughters.
