I found this doctor online because I had a dental emergency and my regular doctor's office was closed for the holidays. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating to get me in with practically no notice. Doctor Arazi took care of my problem and fixed the procedure that wasn't done correctly by my regular doctor's staff. Visited for an initial visit and cleaning. I then had a molar removed by Dr. Hoftiezer. He is an outstanding dentist, very personable and thorough. The staff is excellent and very knowledgeable as well.
Everyone in the office is very friendly, competent and professional. I do question why the dentist does not actually check inside the patient's mouth during a routine check up. He checks the x-rays and says "hello", but does not do an actual exam. I am a relatively new patient, and am accustomed to the dentist doing an oral exam each visit. Is this lack of an oral exam common at most dentists?
