I had to make an urgent appointment on Friday and they accommodate me even it was close to closing time. Dr. Olga was really nice to see me immediately and took time to see me and explaining everything. This is a great dentist team, all the Doctors and staff are wonderful and helpful. Dr. Arazi is really caring and helpful. I was not feeling well for one of my appointment, and wanted to go home, he made sure I felt fine and checked my BP before I left.
My experience at this office was wonderful. The staff is well trained and very friendly. My dentist was focused, quick and gently but firmly repositioned an implant crown, that had broken off, back in place, and recemented it. They all work together as an effective team to get you in, taken care of, and out of the office in record time. I would recommend this dentist to everyone I know.
the office staff and assistants were excellent, thorough and explained everything very clearly including pricing. I was particularly impressed with Betty. She really knew her stuff. Dr. could have been a bit more attentive and explained some things better.
All you want in a dentist. A caring doctor (Olga), great staff. Friendly and inviting staff from the moment you walk in. Dr Olga is knowledgeable, personable, caring and very comfortable to deal with.
Personal. Excellent service. Attentive. I highly highly recommend
My family and I have been going to Smiles in the Village for years and have gotten great dental health as a result. We are selling the house and moving to west coast in a few weeks so today was my last visit. I will really miss Dr Arazi and his staff. I only hope we can find a dentist as nice and caring as Dr Arazi.
Everyone is very and professional.
