We cannot recommend Richard and the rest of Simon's team at the Exterminators highly enough. After wasting way too much time and money with other a couple other companies a few years ago dealing with a recurring pest control problem, they were able to correctly identify the underlying issues on the first visit and recommend a course of action that actually worked. Richard from The Exterminators came by to help us with mice in our home, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! He arrived exactly when expected, explained what he was looking for and what he discovered during his inspection of the outside of the house, and gave recommendations to prevent future issues. I emailed for an estimate on an aggressive wasp infestation in brick wall. I received a quick reply. Was given straight forward answers and a price. I scheduled the next available appoinment. The tech was on time, friendly and answered any questions/concerns. Treatment seems to be a success. I've had no issue since. While I hope to not need their service again, I would definitely use them if I did.
I highly, highly recommend the Exterminators. I recently moved into a new home, and called the company to do a spray treatment. I didn’t have a particular pest problem, but explained to Simon my extreme fear of house centipedes. Simon booked me in right away, I got the treatment done, and almost immediately began to see evidence that the treatment was working (several dead centipedes), putting my mind at ease. Excellent, efficient and knowledgeable staff. I have been using them for years now to service my clients in the Rosedale/Cabbagetown and Yorkville area. Easy to book appointments and they respond quickly. We recently had a very big Wasp problem they arrived and knocked it out in a few hours. We haven’t seen a sign of wasps since. I highly recommend these guys. Top notch.
