Booking appointment was easy and quick. Dylan arrived two days later as promised, checked the attic and other places the mice might be. Placed the poison traps and explained everything. Terrific service at competitive price.
Would greatly recommend! We are going on three years now using the pest maintenance services from The Exterminators, and are very happy! They offer excellent prices compared to their competitors, friendly pest technician experts and prompt service and responses to requests/issues. The Exterminators even went above and beyond for us when our owner had a raccoon problem at home. They will work with you to come up with the best resolution to your problems or to prevent an issue from reoccurring. Give them a try!
Dylan is very thorough, professional during the inspection of our house! He is very nice and easy to interact with, he is knowledgeable. What we appreciate the most is that he is very honest in his thoughts and recommendations. We will see how the rat extermination goes. Will update my review in a couple weeks. Simon is very good at communicating with us through phone about scheduling and what to expect as well. Very thoughtful company. Please keep doing good this way.
I starting seeing mice, and nothing I tried on my own worked. The Exterminators dropped by and the mice were gone after one visit. I got good advice on where they might be coming into the house and how to prevent them from doing so. The 6 month warranty means that I'm covered if they come back. The technician was knowledgable and professional. I'm happy to recommend The Exterminators!
