Dylan is very thorough, professional during the inspection of our house! He is very nice and easy to interact with, he is knowledgeable. What we appreciate the most is that he is very honest in his thoughts and recommendations. We will see how the rat extermination goes. Will update my review in a couple weeks. Simon is very good at communicating with us through phone about scheduling and what to expect as well. Very thoughtful company. Please keep doing good this way.

We’ve been using these guys for a while now and honestly it’s one of those services you don’t realize how valuable it is until you don’t have to think about the problem anymore. From the start they’ve been super professional, friendly, and incredibly reliable. I had a fantastic experience with the company! The person they sent was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, realistic without being alarmist and patient with all my questions (and I asked a lot). He explained everything he was doing and why, never tried to upsell me, provided useful solutions and really took his time without presuming on mine. We have had much success and positive experiences with The Exterminators. Richard, our technician, is extremely knowledgeable and knows his "Pests". He is very personable and made ridding the house of mice an educational and normal experience. Simon runs the office and is also very helpful. We highly recommend The Exterminators who were recommended to us by a satisfied neighbour.
