Fast, efficient and effective. I had yellow jackets nesting behind my siding. They were all dead within a week. Don’t bother doing it yourself!! I emptied a whole can of wasp killer (store quality) into the opening and only managed to kill a few while the infestation got much worse and they even started coming into my house. Please don’t make my mistake and call them first.
Well trained professional administration but the actual service covering Kitchener-Waterloo area has zero communication skills. The service man burts into my house with an unfriendly attitude, zero information related to my pest problems, his only inspection tool was his phone flashlight. Unfortunately the whole operation raised red flags in my mind. I had to thank him before he even started. Thankfully, l didn't pay for the service upfront. He stormed out just the same way he came in.
Faced with a problem they had never seen, (FLYING biting "no see ums)" these guys ignored all suggestion and "did their own thing"--not once, not twice but three times. The set sticky traps to SEE these pests ON THE GROUND. Unable to SEE the problem, one even hinted that I might be crazy. ("No see ums" are very well known in other parts of North America and the world). They (by their own admission) saturated my home with chemicals that didn't work. Service was prompt and the hornets nest was removed effectively. Dylan was knowledgeable and the treatment has prevented any return of the hornets to date.
We cannot recommend Richard and the rest of Simon's team at the Exterminators highly enough. After wasting way too much time and money with other a couple other companies a few years ago dealing with a recurring pest control problem, they were able to correctly identify the underlying issues on the first visit and recommend a course of action that actually worked.
