These guys did visit my home three times. But the method they used did not kill the "no-see-ums" infesting my home and they were at a loss to try anything else. Althugh I researched and informed them of effective alternatives, once the warrantee date got close they were glad to break off contact. I would have been glad to pay more for a sucessful conclusion. Overall a waste of money and Im now looking for a company that can get the job done. Im usually very brand loyal but not in this case.
Service was prompt and the hornets nest was removed effectively. Dylan was knowledgeable and the treatment has prevented any return of the hornets to date.
We cannot recommend Richard and the rest of Simon's team at the Exterminators highly enough. After wasting way too much time and money with other a couple other companies a few years ago dealing with a recurring pest control problem, they were able to correctly identify the underlying issues on the first visit and recommend a course of action that actually worked. Richard from The Exterminators came by to help us with mice in our home, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! He arrived exactly when expected, explained what he was looking for and what he discovered during his inspection of the outside of the house, and gave recommendations to prevent future issues. I emailed for an estimate on an aggressive wasp infestation in brick wall. I received a quick reply. Was given straight forward answers and a price. I scheduled the next available appoinment. The tech was on time, friendly and answered any questions/concerns. Treatment seems to be a success. I've had no issue since. While I hope to not need their service again, I would definitely use them if I did.
