Very pleased with service from this company. Especially Dillon, the Rep that shows up on site to set out the bait stations around our property. He is very focussed on providing good customer service and value. Initial contact with Simon on the phone to book Dillon was very pleasant. This is a good company to choose if you’re looking to eliminate rodent population on your property.
After going through three different exterminators and years of temporary fixes, we finally found a permanent solution with Richard at The Exterminators Inc. Previous companies relied on poison, which would work for a while before the rats inevitably returned to the same area of our home. The exterminators returned my call quickly and organized a technician to come out the very next day. Adrian was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He did a great job dealing with a wasp nest. Best of all they stand by their work with a 6-month warranty. Highly recommend
I've been dealing with these guys for several years now and they are always on top of it. They return my calls almost instantly and are always happy to accommodate my schedule for rebating the several bait stations I have. Their prices are very fair and the techs in the field know their stuff. Looking forward to many years more working with them.
