I had the best experience with Karina! She completely transformed my hair by taking me back to black, adding the prettiest face-framing layers, and finishing everything with the most beautiful blowout. From the moment I walked into the salon, I was impressed by how modern, clean, and aesthetic the space was it felt so luxurious and welcoming. I had extensions installed and when I had my extensions removed, I had a very unpleasant surprise. The ends of natural hair had been destroyed, not from the extensions, but from the stylist. When I reached out to her regarding the how brittle, thin and stringy my hair looked, she told me she had mentioned thinning out my ends to blend with the extensions. The ladies were very kind and nice. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide the up-do style I was looking for. $80 for a trial where the up-do was frizzy, and not what I asked for. Upon reaching out, they made no attempts at creating a plan to address the notes other than pushing for having my hair down (based on a passing comment I made), or having me come in for another trial without discussing what might be fixed.
