This clinic keeps sending me bills for something that has already been paid. When I tell them this they look it up, say yes it has been paid and then in about 2 months they call me again demanding the same payment. The one time I went for an appointment I showed up on time and then was not seen until 5 hours later and missed work because of it. Do not go to this clinic.
I would never go back! Poorly ran and a dirty place!
This was my second visit, and my first to see Brent Fivecoats. I've been impressed both times, and have set them up to be my regular care provider after getting a feel of the place. The people are very friendly and caring. Whether looking for a provider or ER fast care, this place is worth going to.
The front office staff are very professional and caring Lea is sweet and knows her patients..both the nurse practitioner's are amazing andcare about you not just the insurance payments...I'd recommend themto anyone definitely worth your business and your health ...
Went yesterday for my first appointment was very impressed with how well you are treated by staff. I'm happy to finally have a pain management dr who actually cares about finding out what is actually wrong and fixing the problem.
