The service is way beyond average. I leave feeling refreshed and pampered. I've never been to a salon where a scalp and shoulder massage come with their services. The staff are all polite and professional. There is never a feeling of tension between stylists as I've encountered in nearly all salons I've frequented. It makes for a peaceful, pleasant experience.
