The food- kind of greasy, but overall it was a 6/10. The portion size was poor for the price I paid $15.64. I noticed that the server gave the customers in front of me 2 plantains while I received only 1. I had(literally) 4 pieces of meat. I was so annoyed that I paid $15 for 3 bites. I slightly understand wanting to “stretch” the food. But, to receive so little for something pricey, with the bare minimum is outrageous!
Pre-ordered for lunch during the week & items were missing & was advised refunds will be given for the missing item and never received a refund. For the item that was available it wasn't worth it. No seasoning and there was a dirt like taste that I can't fully explain. The person that was fulfilled the orders was nice; that's the pro.
I had the best experience working with this company. The Chef was so easy to work with, professional and personable at the same time. The food was finger licking good. All of my guests really enjoyed it as well. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use their services for future events!
The Exoctic Chef is creates authentic flavorful dishes that leave me wanting more. My favorite fire roasted jerk salmon and the jerk chicken.
