Chef Chrissy was professional and lovely. The food was delicious, especially the Mediterranean fattoush salad, mahi-mahi, and strawberry shortcake tres leches.
A terrible experience. Place order at 3:59. Received a text at 4:15 saying order was ready. Walked up to Le Fantome host booth and was told that the order wasn't ready yet by the young lady. After several attempts she finally went and checked the kitchen @4:50, reported that the lady would be up. 5:08 she finally appears and said the food had been sent up. I asked for a refund. Located inside of a food hall but it was only just an ordering kiosk, wasn’t an actual restaurant. Strange and they had like 3 items in stock compared to a menu full of items listed. Hard to find the place and very few choices. Do better.
The jerk chicken was amazing, first visit - can't wait to come back and try more
Food was old and not edible, the fact that you would sell someone old food for top dollar is crazy. I was scared to bite the chicken. I'm sorry but I cook for my family and I would never present a platter like what you gave me today to my worst enemy. Not to mention i paid 27 dollars for 4 pieces of old wingettes smh unacceptable.
