Members are very welcoming. Coaches are great!
My husband and I dropped in for a couple days and we loved it! The coaches and members were so welcoming and friendly. The facility is beautiful and clean and the programming was just what we needed to get a workout in while on vacation. So glad we dropped in, really hope to come back again! Thanks so much!

CrossFit St. Augustine is absolutely amazing! I’ve made so much progress since the day I joined. Coach Alan is the best—his effort, energy, and constant support are a huge part of why I’ve been able to hit new PRs. He truly cares, pushes you, and makes every workout something to look forward to. I wouldn’t be where I am without him. This place has made my life better in so many ways. Highly recommend!
