I highly recommend The Excelsior Apartments! The building is safe and quiet. The property manager Miguel is wonderful! Very professional. Responds to any request immediately. Property is clean and well maintained. Carlo is a great management company and I have been very happy here.
I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment, largely thanks to my property manager, Miguel!! He’s professional, responsive, and always on top of any concerns. Communication is clear and prompt, and it’s obvious he genuinely cares about maintaining the property and supporting tenants. The building is consistently clean and well maintained, which really adds to the overall experience. His effort truly makes this a comfortable and enjoyable place to live!!
A great place to live. Comfortable and well located. Close to Highway 101 and supermarkets. Quiet neighborhood. The pricing is competitive, and best of all, the units come fully furnished. Very happy to be able to live here.
The Excelsior is clean, located in an amazing area, and the property manager Ruth has made the process of finding a new place to live easy! I love living here and it’s so great to know that management is kind, responsive, hard working, and considerate! I would absolutely recommend this property.
Unfortunately, due to a recent string of events and lack of urgency from the emergency hotline, I will be amending my review to three stars. Everything else stands. I love living at The Excelsior - the studio apartment I rent is very spacious, and the fact that it came furnished with new furniture greatly helped me with my cross country move to Los Angeles.
