Unfortunately, due to a recent string of events and lack of urgency from the emergency hotline, I will be amending my review to three stars. Everything else stands. I love living at The Excelsior - the studio apartment I rent is very spacious, and the fact that it came furnished with new furniture greatly helped me with my cross country move to Los Angeles. My experience living at The Excelsior apartments has been nothing but pleasant! It’s in a lovely, safe neighborhood and Kalissa, the property manager, is super friendly and attentive.
This place is fantastic! Very quiet and the neighborhood is top notch! Also, the apartment manager, Kalissa, is always available and always has a warm smile!!
Have been staying here for over 2 years now and I’m happy to say I’m friends with a handful of my neighbors that are artsy, responsible and respectful! Thank goodness! The walls could be a bit thicker and little critiques here and there but for the great neighborhood, right off the highway, great use of space and a property manager like Kalissa that is friendly and responds to issues quickly, well I’d say I lucked out with my experience here!
I've been here for 2.5 yrs.. centrally located close to 3 fwys to navigate the San Fernando Valley. Experienced management goes a long way when it comes to any issue. Our manager Kalissa follows through on every matter/complaint until the problem is resolved. Always clean & quiet neighbors. Pleasant experience so far..
